A+ Family run business. They treated my mom (in her 80's) with kindness and professionalism. They took their time and dis not rush her to a specific sale. I would send ANY if my other family there with NO hesitation.

You might pay a little more but the customer service you receive is well worth it. Ask yourself when was the last time someone actually took the time to measure your feet just to mzke sure you were getting a good fitting pair of shoes?? This is the only place to purchase a pair of shoes.

I have purchased shoes and boots here several times..... l always thought that a small store would be more expensive. I was wrong. When l compare well made shoes that fit properly, l am way ahead. I love working all day and my feet are still happy when l get home. The customer service is wonderful, and l recommend this store to everyone.

Great service. They know shoes. Ordered what I needed from the factory and shipped to my home in Florida. They are now my preferred show supplier allowing me to ignore the chain store shoe display cubicles

Best shoe shopping experience ever. Recently moved to Mansfield and decided to visit the store. I was immediately greeted and welcomed and treated with stories of the downtown Mansfield city history. Charming guys I will always rely on them to find the right fitting shoe for me. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient with any and all questions you may have. Love this place.

The gentleman there was absolutely wonderful. I was in an accident and haven't been able to wear shoes for 4 years due to the size of one of my feet. He took the time to find me a pair of shoes I could wear. We tried on at least 10 pairs. His patience and professionalism were top notched. If you do not go here to find your next pair of shoes it would be a mistake.

Jeff helped me with a serious problem finding the right shoes for my over pronation. He fitted me with the perfect New Balance that immediately provided relief and comfort. Jeff’s knowledge and expertise are only surpassed by his kind and gregarious personality. This is the best shoe store between Cleveland and Columbus! A great local business to support!
